Qualifications:
We are looking for proactive and experienced Brokers and Agents to join our affiliate network. Our affiliate selection is based on academic background, trackrecord, experience in the niche market, and professional skills.
- Licensure: Prospective affiliates must hold a valid real estate broker or sales agent license in USA or Canada, and you warrant that there are no violations, complaints, and lawsuits associated with the license.
- Academic Background: College degree. College-level courses in real estate, finance, marketing, business administration, statistics, economics, or law are prefered.
- Track Record: Prospective affiliates must have three or more years experience in your local market area assisting sellers and buyers, and individually closed ten (10) real estate transactions Within the last 12 months.
- Experience in Health Care Real Estate: Prospective affiliates must have worked on at least two healthcare facilities transactions within the last 12 months, and have a thorough knowledge of business valuation, business and commercial property advertising, commercial and SBA loans, and the local licensing requirements for the change of a care facility ownership.
- Skills: Prospective affiliates must possess outstanding negotiation and communication skills, and be willing to use real estate new technologies to provide the best quality of service possible.
